Social justice

To me a community is a group a people that all get along. It is something we're girls and guys of all races work together for a common good. A community is also you're home and nieborhood and the people in you're family.                                   Social justice is an idea that everyone is to be treated equally and everyone gets equal rights and opportunities. Social justice is a balance between race, gender, sex, religen, or what people look like. I'm thinking about doing my social justice project on religion.                         We learned about social justice in a lot of ways. We learned about the painter who wanted to paint African Americans in a different light that people could see. Then we learned that social justice can be in the way people dress because it gives them a chance to express themselves. Then we learned about gender. Mo'ne Davis a girl who plays baseball with boys and pitches 70 miles per hour even if she's a girl.                                                  My favorite social justice idea was race because we got to see the paintings that showed black people in a light that they put theselves in and we're not labeled or addressed like that. Another one is religion because I'm proud to be Muslim and say it is one of the most popular religions in the world. In my project I would use my pride in my beliefs and utilize it for my final project.                 

Who am I

TI am a man that was rased to do good. A man that teaches and learns from mistakes. A man thats not afraid to speak from mind and heart. A man who likes to chill and fun and have a good time but when the time comes be as serious and straight forward then anybody. A man always able to compromize and see the other side of a person views because what they say might give me and oportuntity to give myself more information on a subject i am inorant on. who am I? The scientific definition of race given in class is not define race. People can look totally different and be very genetically similar. Race is not based on biology but is an idea that scientists and other scalers want it to be. Because they data they found proved otherwise so they put a spin on it to make it different. And also these ideas of race were created during very racist times in America and do to that minority's have been at the bottom with white supremacy on top even know we are all very similarity.(herbes-sommers ,2003)                                                                                           So do to the ideas of race African Americans and others have had to deal with oppression and assault and be judged by what they look like and not by the way they act or their actions and character. Because of conditions of race white family's have a 8 times more wealthy then black family's. Because of the conditions of race white people have a less chance of being stopped on the street even if there minding there own business. Because of the conditions of race white people have less chance of being called a terrorist or made fun of because of what they believe in. But why is this so if we are so genetically so similar i wonder.(west,1993)                                 Because of what we learned so far I've learned a bad the idea of race is. But I also learned that it can take one person to change everything.
