White privilege

White privilege is a hidden rule that is given to white people and denied to blacks and other races because the thought that they are up to no good or not on the same justice level as whites. Because of this its more common for police to harass, bother, stop and frisk blacks and other races then white people. Why is this? Why stop a black person but no a white person? Because of white privilege the police will not stop a white person for no reason but will stop a black person.
